Filing a complaint against a certified body
To file a complaint against a certified body or express your dissatisfaction with its services, contact the SAI.
You need to speak with the person responsible for processing complaints, whether by phone, email or mail.
The principles and rules applicable in this regard are found in the Politique administrative du Secrétariat à l’adoption internationale en matière de traitement des plaintes à l’égard des services fournis directement aux citoyens par les organismes agréés œuvrant en adoption internationale (French only).
